NOTICE
The object of the above-captioned action is custody of a child and possible termination of parental rights. This notice is given to SAMMY NICKOLES or any other JOHN DOE putative father of M.G., a child born on July 30, 2015 and to JOHN DOE, putative father of S.G., a child born on February 12, 2020.
Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed against SAMMY NICKOLES, putative father of M.G., and JOHN DOE, putative father of S.G.. seeking the termination of parental rights. A copy of this Petition may be obtained from the Circuit Clerk of Hancock County, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia. A hearing will be held before The Honorable Ronald E. Wilson at the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia, regarding the above-referenced Petition and request for termination of parental rights, at 12:30 p.m. on MAY 28, 2020, at which time you are required to appear to protect your interests. THIS HEARING MAY PROCEED TELEPHONICALLY DUE TO COVID 19 PANDEMIC AND SUPREME COURT OF WEST VIRGINIA JUDICIAL ORDERS.
