The Hancock County Solid Waste Authority (HCSWA) will receive bids for the preparation and bulk mailing of an ~6″ x ~10″ color postcard to approximately 15,665 households located in Hancock County, WV (zip codes 26034, 26047, 26050, 26056, and 26062). The postcard will contain details regarding the recycling services provided by the Hancock County Recycling Center located at 832 Gas Valley Road, New Cumberland, WV 26047. The statement “Subscription to a trash collection service is required by WV Code 22-4-10” is also to be included on the postcard. The postcards will need to be mailed in July 2020. All bids must be received at [email protected] on or before 4:00 p.m. on April 28, 2020. The HCSWA reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
