AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Ergon-West Virginia Inc. (EWVI) has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update to the air permit for a petroleum refinery located on 9995 Ohio River Blvd. in Newell, Hancock County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.60613, -80.63357. The Class II Administrative Update application is to authorize the use of a portable boiler at the facility.
No emissions increase from the facility is expected from this change.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the day of May 1, 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
