PUBLIC NOTICE OFAPPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMITS,
pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, 400 Woodcliff Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for permits for
natural gas horizontal wells at the following locations:
Prine 1H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83

Prine 3H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83
Easting 536578.91 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4391196.72;
Prine 5H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83

Prine 7H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83
Easting 536571.15 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4391201.54;
Prine 9H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83

All wells are located in the Bear Run of Knob Fork Watershed, Littleton Quadrangle, Center District, Wetzel County, West Virginia which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty-day period.

reviewed at the WV Department of Environmental
Protection headquarters, located at 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, (304-926-0450). Full copies or scans of the proposed permit application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP
headquarters.
