NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Parking Lot Paving at Bridge Street Middle School
Sealed bids for Concrete Work at select Ohio County Schools locations will be received by the Ohio County Board of Education, 2203 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003, no later than Tuesday, July 7th, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids should be mailed to that address to the attention of Mr. Brian Harto, Maintenance Director. Please mark the front of the envelope as “BID – Parking Lot Paving.”

Bid packages will be distributed at the pre-bid meeting.
After the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days. All bidders are required to furnish a satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of 5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of the bid price.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory 100{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} Performance Bond and a satisfactory 100{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of the contract price.
ALL BIDS MUST COMPLY WITH OHIO COUNTY SCHOOLS LOCAL POLICIES.

The Ohio County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, award the contract to other than the low bidder, accept any or all alternates, waive irregularities and/or formalities, and in general to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of Ohio County Schools.
