Notice to Vendors
The Jefferson County Board of Education is currently accepting sealed bids by written proposal
to provide athletic trainer services for preventing injuries
and providing medical services for high
school student athletes.
All trainers shall possess national and state certification and licensure.
For bid specifications, please contact, Shawn Dilly, Deputy Superintendent, at 110 Mordington Ave., Charles Town, WV at 304-728-9233.
Sealed bids will be received at the Jefferson County Schools Central Office, located at
110 Mordington Ave, Charles Town, WV until 1:30 pm Monday,
May 18, 2020.
Bids will be reviewed at the Jefferson County Board Room on that date and time.
The Jefferson County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
