The object of the above entitled action is to quiet title to
real estate of Plantiff.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that
the Defendants are unknown and are probably
non-residents of the State of West Virginia.
It is ORDERED that Defendants do serve upon
Gary L. Rymer, plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is
P.O. Box 236, Middlebourne, WV 26149 (304)758-448,
an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this
action on or before June 5, 2020, otherwise judgement
by default will be taken against said Defendants at any
time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be
obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
