PUBLIC NOTICE
Clay County Parks &Recreation Commission plans to build an Outdoor Theater and correct the drainage problem on their property located at 2886 Upper Two Run Rd. in Maysel, WV, and is requesting the West Virginia Army National Guard to design and complete this project. There are limited funds for this project and without the involvement of the WVARNG, the project will not be completed. Any contractor who has interest in this project, or objection to the WVARNG doing this project has until January 5, 2015, to respond and state your interest or objection in writing to the Point of Contact below. If no responses by the closing date of this notice, then we will consider this a waiver of the right to object. Please address all responses in writing to:
