PUBLIC NOTICE
INSPECTION OF ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS BALLOT
AND VOTERS RECORDING DEVICES
In accordance with West Virginia Code 3-4A-13, Notice is hereby given that the electronic systems ballot and vote recording devices to be used for Early Voting for the Primary Election to be held on June 9, 2020 will be inspected on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. in the Wetzel County Clerk’s Office.
Any candidate and one representative of each political party on the ballot may be present during
such examination.
