The Waiver of Final Settlement regarding, Helen G. Gibbs nka Helen G. Detrick, deceased is now before the undersigned, Jeffrey Rokisky, Fiduciary Commissioner, Hancock County, West Virginia at his office located at 3200 Main Street, Weirton, WV 26062 for final settlement of said Estate, and the same shall be available for review, examination, objection or exception at said office for ten (10) days of publication of this notice, after which time said documents will be forwarded to the Hancock County Clerk
