The object of the above entitled action is a suite for wrongful occupation.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Carl Howard Jr. and Carl Howard III are individual defendants and that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendants, without effect, via Sheriff Department service on 5/18/2020, and therefore it is ordered that Carl Howard Jr. and Carl Howard III do serve upon Robin L. Snyder, 632 Main Street, Suite 203, Wellsburg, WV 26070, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before thirty (30) days from the second date of publicaiton, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Carl Howard Jr. and Carl Howard III at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
