NOTICE OF
RULEMAKING AND COMMENT PERIOD
By Order issued on May 28, 2020, the Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued proposed Rules Governing Siting Certificates for Solar Exempt Wholesale Generators, 150 C.S.R. 39 (Solar Siting Certificate Rules). The propsed Solar Siting Certificate Rules govern applications for siting certificates that may be issued Solar Siting Certificate Rules govern applications for siting certificates that may be issued to exempt wholesale generators (EWGs) intending to generate power by solar methods pursuant to Public Service Commission jurisdiction under W.Va. Code Section 24-2-1 0(n).
