AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application

Notice is given that Ergon-West Virginia, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G60-D Registration for the installation of four (4) emergency generators and two (2) associated diesel storage tanks at the petroleum refinery located on Ohio River Blvd, in Hancock County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.608375, -80.630603.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Particulate Matter (PM) = 0.03 tpy
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) = 0.23 tpy
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) = 0.27 tpy
Carbon Monoxide (CO) = 0.25 tpy
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) = 0.66 tpy
Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) = < 0.01 tpy.
Greenhouse Gases (as CO2e) = 132.43 tpy
Benzene = < 0.01 tpy
Formaldehyde = < 0.01 tpy
Toluene = < 0.01 tpy
Xylene = < 0.01 tpy
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or by the end of August 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
