PURSUANT TO WEST VIRGINIA CODE 44-1-14(b)
All persons having claims against the estate of said WILLIAM MICHAEL CHURCHMAN, deceased, whosse last known address was 528 Crooked Stick Drive, Daytona Beach, Fla. 32114, whether due or not, are notified to exhibit their claims, withthe voucher thereof, legally verified along with a $5.00 filing fee to the Hancock County Clerk, P.O. Box 367, New Cumberland, WV 26047 within sixty (60) days of the date of the first publication, otherwise they may by law be excluded from all benefit of said estate. No appointment or administration is being made for the aforesaid estate pursuant to West Virginia law but a foreign will has been filed wit the Hancock County Commission. The name of the partry who has filed the foreign will is Natalie Churchman, 3246 Safe Harbor Lane, Lake Mary, FL 32746. All beneficiaries of said Estate may appear on or before said day to eamine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
