The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by DIANE KURI, biological mother and custodian of infants J.G., whose date of birth is 6/13/2006, J.G., whose date of birth is 8/31/07, L.M., whose date of birth is 1/8/09, M.K., whose date of birth is 1/20/12, and K.J.K., whose date of birth is 9/23/19 and ANDRE SMITH, biological father of infant K.J.K., whose date of birth is 9/23/19, and occasional custodian of infants J.G., whose date of birth is 6/13/2006, J.G., whose date of birth is 8/31/07, L.M., whose date of birth is 1/8/09, M.K., whose date of birth is 1/20/12, and K.J.K., whose date of birth is 9/23/19.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that DIANE KURI and ANDRE SMITH have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants J.G., whose date of birth is 6/13/2006, J.G., whose date of birth is 8/31/07, L.M., whose date of birth is 1/8/09, M.K., whose date of birth is 1/20/12, and K.J.K., whose date of birth is 9/23/19. It is ORDERED that DIANE KURI and ANDRE SMITH are notified that they may obtain a copy pf the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia. Second Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 2nd day of July, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. for a Preliminary Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of DIANE KURI, biological mother and custodian of infants J.G., whose date of birth is 6/13/2006, J.G., whose date of birth is 8/31/07, L.M., whose date of birth is 1/8/09, M.K., whose date of birth is 1/20/12, and K.J.K., whose date of birth is 9/23/19 and ANDRE SMITH, biological father of infant K.J.K., whose date of birth is 9/23/19, and occasional custodian of infants J.G., whose date of birth is 6/13/2006, J.G., whose date of birth is 8/31/07, L.M., whose date of birth is 1/8/09, M.K., whose date of birth is 1/20/12, and K.J.K., whose date of birth is 9/23/19, may be terminated.
