The Housing Authority of the City of Moundsville, WV will receive separate, sealed bids for its FY2019/2020 CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM at their Administrative Offices until 1:30PM/EST, TUESDAY, JULY 21, 2020 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Mail or hand- deliver bid packets to Kelly Ward, Executive Director, Moundsville Housing Authority, 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV 26041. Bids will be received from only qualified contractors with minimum 5-years’ experience in work being performed.
