1. (The object of this suit is to obtain an annulment or divorce from the bonds of matrimony).
TO THE ABOVE NAMED RESPONDENT:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that TREVA ANN PICKERING, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that TREVA ANN PICKERING, serve upon WILLIAM THOMAS PICKERING, Petitioner, whose address is 920 S. Chestnut Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia 26047 and to HANCOCK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT, whose address is PO BOX 428, NEW CUMBERLAND, WEST VIRGINIA 26047, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before 30 days after first publication hereon. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon property hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said paperwork can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office. It is further ordered that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia
