The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by CHARLES BAKER, biological father of infant S.B., whose date of birth is July 9, 2014 and MARVIN WIGGINS, biological father of infant A.B., whose date of birth is October 10, 2019.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that CHARLES BAKER and MARVIN WIGGINS have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants S.B., whose date of birth is July 9, 2014 and A.B., whose date of birth is October 10, 2019. It is ORDERED that CHARLES BAKER and MARVIN WIGGINS are notified that they may obtain a copy pf the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia. Second Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 27th day of July, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights CHARLES BAKER, biological father of infant S.B., whose date of birth is July 9, 2014 and MARVIN WIGGINS, biological father of infant A.B., whose date of birth is October 10, 2019, may be terminated.
