PUBLIC NOTICE OFAPPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMITS,
pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, 400 Woodcliff Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for permits for
natural gas horizontal wells at the following locations:
Denver 1H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 537769.153 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4387425.983;
Denver 3H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 537773.513 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4387424.611;
Denver 5H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 537777.873 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4387423.239;
Denver 7H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 537782.232 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4387421.867;
Denver 9H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 537786.592 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4387420.495;

All wells are located in the Lower West Virginia Fork Fish Creek Watershed, Littleton Quadrangle, Center District, Wetzel County, West Virginia which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines,
gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two
hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty-day period.

Copies of the proposed permit applications may be
reviewed at the WV Department of Environmental
Protection headquarters, located at 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, (304-926-0450). Full copies or scans of the proposed permit application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP
headquarters.
