The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by ALYSSA MARIE ABRIGG, biological mother of infants C.A., whose date of birth is June 14, 2018 and C.A., whose date of birth is April 2, 2018, and STEVE JOHNSON, putative biological father of infant C.A., whose date of birth is April 2, 2018.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that ALYSSA MARIE ABRIGG and STEVE JOHNSON have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants C.A., whose date of birth is June 14, 2016 and C.A., whose date of birth is April 2, 2018. It is ORDERED that ALYSSA MARIE ABRIGG and STEVE JOHNSON are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia. Second Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 23rd day of July, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing for Steven Johnson, and a Hearing on any Motions for Improvement Periods and the Disposition Hearings of Steven Johnson and Alyssa Marie Abrigg if they so desire to be heard and participate in the proceeding; otherwise the parental rights ALYSSA MARIE ABRIGG, biological mother of infants C.A., whose date of birth is June 14, 2018 and C.A., whose date of birth is April 2, 2018, and STEVE JOHNSON, putative biological father of infant C.A., whose date of birth is April 2, 2018, may be terminated.
