The object of the above title action is to collect a debt. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiff has exercised due diligence to locate the Defendants and failed to locate them.
It is ordered that Megan Doyle do serve upon Clinton W. Smith, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Mezzanine Suite 4, 405 Capitol Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301, an answer, including any related counterclaim you may to the complaint filed against you in the above style civil action, a true copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at their office. You are required to serve your answer with in 20 days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint and you will be thereafter barred for asserting another action any claim you may have which must be asserted by counterclaim in the above styled civil action
