Depending on pricing, some quantities may have to be adjusted to match eligible funding. Sealed bids will be submitted to: The Ohio County Commission, ATTN: Justice Assistance Grant Supply Bid, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003. Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2020, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after closing time.
