The object of the above entitled civil action is to recover compensatory damages for personal injuries and
damages, punitive damages, interest and other relief as the Court or jury may find that were sustained by
Plaintiff Kimberly A. Weiss as a result of a collision that occurred on the 20th day of February, 2016 at the
intersection of West Virginia State Route 2 and Foundry Street, in or about New Martinsville, Wetzel County, West Virginia, when defendant Edwin C. Morris
negligently and carelessly operated a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix owned by defendant Chad Northcraft in such a manner as to cause a collision with the vehicle
lawfully operated by plaintiff Kimberly A. Weiss, thereby proximately causing permanent injuries and damages to plaintiff. That appearing by an Affidavit filed in this
action, the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of defendant Edwin C. Morris without effect.

It is so ORDERED that defendant Edwin C. Morris
appear and serve upon Shane M. Mallett, Esq., counsel for plaintiff, whose address is: P.O. Box 951, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in the above-styled civil action on or
before August 3, 2020; otherwise, judgment by default may be rendered against the defendant, and the Court may extend the relief requested in the Complaint at any time thereafter. A copy of the Complaint may be
obtained from the undersigned at said Clerk’s Office
located at the Wetzel County Courthouse, 200 Main Street, P.O. Box 263, New Martinsville, West Virginia 26155.
