The object of the above entitled action is for Lucina Maria Mason to legally change his/her name to Cheryl Luna Mason. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Lucina Maria Mason to Cheryl Luna Mason.
A hearing shall be on the 24th day of August, 2020 at 10:30 AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
