The object of the above entitled action is for Tianna Nicole Cassell to legally change his/her name to Tianna Nicole Walton. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Tianna Nicole Cassell to Tianna Nicole Walton.
A hearing shall be on the 21st day of August, 2020 at 9:30 AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
