NOTICE OF PROPOSED SETTLEMENT
OF ESTATES
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the within named deceased persons:
ESTATE OF: RITA E. DOLAN, (deceased).
I have before me the proposed original Final Settlement of the Estate of the above named deceased person which shall be presented to the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, 2nd Floor, on the 27th day of July, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., which Final Settlement has been presented to me by the fiduciary/fiduciaries of such estate and which Final Settlement I, the Fiduciary Commissioner for said Estate, have approved. (A copy of the Final Settlement of the Estate will be provided to the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, on or about June 22, 2020, for review by any creditor or beneficiary).
Any person having any interest in the Estate of any such deceased person as referenced above, may appear before the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the time and place hereinabove specified (July 27, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.) and thereupon protect his or her or their interests as they may appear and/or may file an objection to the Final Settlement on or before the date and time hereinabove specified (July 27, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.) or else may be forever thereafter barred from asserting such interests or objections.
The publication dates are July 6, 2020, and July 13, 2020, (the first and second Mondays of the month next after receipt of the Final Settlement). If you have any objection to the Final Settlement you must properly and timely file your objection with the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the place hereinabove specified, that being in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, 2nd Floor, on or before the date and time hereinabove specified, that being, July 27, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
