The Wetzel County Committee on Aging is requesting proposals for the financial and compliance auditing of its accounts. Such proposals shall include estimated audit hours and a dollar limit above which fraud or similar
extreme circumstances. Proposals must be for a 3 year period starting with FY 19-20 which ends September 30, 2020 and cover the following fiscal years ending
September 30, 2021 and September 2022.
Proposals must be received in the Wetzel County
Committee on Aging mail office located at 145 Paducah Drive, New Martinsville, WV 26155 no later than August 3, 2020 at 4 p.m.. Auditors should be familiar with and have a working knowledge of General Audit Principles established by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget’s Circular A-133 Audits of States, Local
Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations. This fee should also include the preparation of the 990.
