The object of the above entitled action is for Jaime Lou Campbell to legally change his/her name to Jaime Lou Binger. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Jaime Lou Campbell to Jaime Lou Binger.
A hearing shall be on the 7th day of August, 2020 at 9:30 AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge David J. Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
