You will take notice that Joseph H Morgan, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No. 355207, located in WHEELING CITY CORP District, Sq 23 Pt 6-7-8 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of White William, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Ohio County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 05/01/2020. Joseph H. Morgan requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 09/01/2020, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
