Tariff filing to modify tariff.
NOTICE
American Disposal Services of West Virginia, Inc. d/b/a Republic Services of West Virginia (Republic), has proposed a modification to its tariff to add that:
All new residential customers will be required to pay a deposit equal to one month of service. After one year of service the carrier shall refund this deposit plus interest equal to the market conditions during that time period.
If the new customer is delinquent in payment during the first year, Republic may credit the amount of the customer deposit to the past due bill.
Anyone wishing to protest the above addition to Republic’s tariff or to petition to intervene in the above proceeding should do so, in writing, to the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323, within ten (10) days of the date of publication.
