NOTICE OF PUBLICATION NATURAL FATHER ORDER OF PUBLICATION HARRISON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: JUVENILE PETITION NOS. N.A. 20-JA-132-2 A.S. 20-JA-133-2 TO: CALEB HUDKINS/JORDAN SWIGER/UNKNOWN FATHER(S). The purpose of the above action is to determine guardianship of the child, N.A. born December 21, 2018, and the child, A.S., born April 23, 2020, to Crystal Trimble. The petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking permanent legal and physical custody of the said infant children. It is ORDERED that Caleb Hudkins, Jordan Swiger and the Unknown Father(s), the biological father of the aforementioned child, N.A., and the Unknown Father of the child, A.S., appear in the Harrison County Circuit Court, Division II, 4 th Floor, Harrison County Courthouse, Clarksburg, West Virginia, on the 9 th day of September, 2020 at 2:15 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, for the adjudication of Caleb Hudkins, Jordan Swiger and the Unknown Father(s). Said persons are instructed that they have thirty (30) days from this Notice to answer the Petition herein. Said persons are given notice that they must object, or, otherwise permanent legal and physical custody of the said infant children may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources and parental rights may be permanently terminated. Said Caleb Hudkins, Jordan Swiger and the Unknown Father(s) shall have the right to be represented by counsel and if they cannot pay for the services of counsel, counsel will be appointed.
