Pursuant to the Co-tenancy Modernization and Majority Protection Act W.Va. 37B-1-1, the WV Oil and Gas
Conservation Commission (OGCC) has received a
request from David J. Romano, Counsel for L & D
Investments, Inc. L & D Investments, Inc. is a mineral owner of certain property situated in Wetzel County, West Virginia, and further identified as Tax Map Parcel 1-2-9, in which SWN Production Company, LLC is
seeking to avail itself of W.Va. Code 37B-1-1 in regard to L & D Investments, Inc,’s interest.
Evidence and testimony will be presented at the hearing scheduled for:
