BID INVITATION-FOR SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
The Hancock County Board of Education invites you to bid on the following surplus equipment:
Salt Dawg poly truck spreader, Cub Cadet model 1525 riding mower-595 hours, John Deere GT245 tractor-956 hours with deck and snow blade, John Deere GT235 tractor-808 hours with deck and snow blade, John Deere GT245 tractor-715 hours with deck and snow blade, John Deere GT front snow blade, John Deere 51 front broom, (8) walk behind mowers, (5) air compressors, (35) various size wood cabinets, (10) various size A/V carts with casters, Kerosene fired steam jenny, Kitchen warming cart, Kitchen Cold lines, Kitchen hot lines, SS kitchen counter-6ft, various small SS kitchen counter cabinets, (4) various size metal cabinets (small), Tecumseh gas engine, 3point brush cutter, 10×20 OH door, 2006 International bus, 77 pass, 178k miles, does not run (pending Board surplus approval).
All items are located at the HCS maintenance building, 155 Rockefeller Circle, New Cumberland, WV 26047, phone 304-564-4615. Items can be viewed on 8/14/2020 and 8/17/2020 from 12-3pm only at which time a bid form can be obtained.
The SEALED bid envelope containing the bid form must be clearly marked “Used Equipment Bid”, and received at the office of the Superintendent of the Hancock County Schools, 130 Rockefeller Circle, New Cumberland, WV 26047. Unsealed bids and bids not using the supplied bid form will NOT be accepted. All bids must be received prior to 9 am, 8/19/2020.
Payment must be made before the successful bidder may remove any items from the premises.
