NOTICE
The object of the above-captioned action is custody of a child and possible termination of parental rights.
Notice is hereby given that a Dispositional Hearing will be held before The Honorable Ronald E. Wilson, Judge, in his Chambers located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia, on September 24, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. The purpose of the hearing and this proceeding is to determine whether the parental rights of the Respondent, JOHNATHAN GARDNER, biological father of M.B., a child born JUNE 2, 2011, should be terminated.
Notice is hereby further given to the Respondent, JOHNATHAN GARDNER, of his right to counsel at every stage of the proceeding and that such proceeding can result in the permanent termination of his parental rights.
Notice is hereby further given to the Respondent, JOHNATHAN GARDNER, that a copy of the petition for custody and possible termination of parental rights can be obtained from the Hancock County Circuit Clerk at the Clerk’s office located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia.
