NOTICE OF HEARING
TAKE NOTICE that The Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County has set the verified Petition for Approval of Proposed Settlement and Division of Insurance Proceeds filed by Keisha Nagy, in her own right and as the parent of SH, a minor, for hearing on September 3, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. in his courtroom on the Fifth Floor of the City County Building, located at 1500 Chapline Street in Wheeling, West Virginia. The Petition concerns the division of available insurance policy proceeds to all claimants involved in the April 23, 2015 automobile accident as well as to the statutory heir of Stanton Hanchin, II.
Therefore legal notice is hereby given that all potential statutory distributes of Stanton Hanchin, II, under the provisions of W.Va. Code Section 55-7-6(b) as well as any creditors or other claimants against the Estate of Stanton Hanchin II should appear at the aforementioned date and time to protect their interests as they see fit or forever be barred from making a claim against the available insurance proceeds at issue in the aforementioned Petition.
A copy of the Petition as well as the Order setting this matter for hearing can be viewed and/or obtained from the Ohio County Circuit Clerk at her office on the fourth floor of the City County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003.
