AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Equitrans Midstream Corporation has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II administrative update to its G35D permit for its existing natural gas compressor station (Dulaney Compressor Station) located on County Route 56, Galmish, WV in Wetzel County, West Virginia. Site Latitude and Longitude Coordinates are: 39.561548, -80.698707. The proposed updates are related to revising emission limits and loading operations.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides: 4.15 tpy
Carbon Monoxide: 6.91 tpy
Particulate Matter-10: 0.53 tpy
Particulate Matter-2.5: 0.53 tpy
Volatile Organic Compounds: decrease of 10 tons
Sulfur Dioxide: 0.03 tpy
Formaldehyde: 0.01 tpy
Benzene: 0.06 tpy
Toluene: 0.08 tpy
Ethylbenzene: 0.03 tpy
Xylenes: 0.05 tpy
Hexane: 3.09 tpy
Total Hazardous Air Pollutants: decrease of 7 tons
Carbon Dioxide Equivalents (CO2e): 1,053 tpy
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
