NOTICE OF
AMENDED TARIFF
On June 3, 2015, the Applicant, Starck Van Lines, Inc., filed a motion requesting permission to amend Note 4 of its tariff that was previously approved by the Public Service Commission. As approved, the current tariff reads:
“Minimum Transportation Charges: Sundays and Holidays: eight hours at the rates named in Columns 1 and 2. Saturdays (any hour) or Weekdays 6:01 P.M.: four hours at the rates named in Columns 1 and 4.
As Amended, Note 4 of Starck’s tariff would read:
“Minimum Transportation Charges: Sundays and Holidays: eight hours at the rates named in Columns 1 and 2. Saturdays (any hour) or Weekdays 6:01 P.M.: four hours at the rates named in Columns 1 and 4: six hours at rates named in Column 1 (Traveling Charges) and Column 3 (Weekdays 6:01 A.M. to 6:01 P.M.).
Anyone wishing to protest the proposed amendment to Starck’s tariff or to petition to intervene in the above proceedings should do so, in writing, to the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323, within ten days of the date of publication.
