David M Morris, individually; Michelle Renee Webb, individually and as Administratrix of the Estate of Betty Lou Webb, deceased; Dale F. Webb, individually; Martha Jean Kotschenreuther, also known as Martha Jean Matthey Kotschenreuther, individually and as Attorney-in-Fact for Karen Jean Kotschenreuther and Elsa Lyn Kotschenreuther; Karen Jean Kotschenreuther, individually; Elsa Lyn Kotschenreuther, individually and all spouses, heirs at law, devisees or assigns, if any, of the above-named defendant, all unknown parties in interest, and all creditors of any of the defendants in this action, all of whom are made parties by the general description of UNKNOWN DEFENDANTS, Defendants. ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this civil action is for the Plaintiff to obtain the following relief: A partition of the herinafter described real estate owned by the parties. Said real estate is more particularly bounded and described as follows: Situated on right hand fork Tenmile Creek in County of Harrison being one lot No. 6, of the old Shafer farm and bounded as follows to-wit: Beginning at a sugar corner to No. 5, and running thence S. 1 1/2 W. 36 poles to a stake, with W.O. pointers, thence S. 60 E. 94 poles to a dogwood, thence S. 88 E. 18 poles to a sourwood, corner to lot No. 7, thence with three lines thereof N. 11 W. 30 poles to a hickory, thence N. 56 1/2 W. 16 1/4 poles to a hickory, thence N. 1 E. 46 3/4 poles to a stake, corner to lot No. 5, thence with one line thereof N. 89 1/2 W. 77 poles to the beginning, containing thirty-two acres. To the above-named defendants, DAVID M MORRIS, and all spouses, heirs at law, devisees or assigns, if any, of the above-named Defendants, all unknown parties in interest; and all creditors of any of the Defendants in this action, all of whom are made parties by the general description of UNKNOWN DEFENDANTS: It appearing by an Affidavit files in this action that DAVID M MORRIS’ and the UNKNOWN DEFENDANTS’ residences or whereabouts are unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that DAVID M MORRIS, and all spouses, heirs at law, devisees or assigns, if any, of the above-named Defendants; all unknown parties in interest; and all creditors of any of the Defendants in this action, all of whom are made parties by the general description of UNKNOWN DEFENDANTS, serve upon Chad L. Taylor, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 254 E Main Street, Clarksburg, West Virginia 26301, their answer, including any related counterclaim or defense the may have to the Complaint filed in this action, on or before the 13th day of October, 2020. If you fail to do so, judgement by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. This Order shall be published as a Class II Legal Advertisement in the Exponent Telegram in the publication area of Harrison County, West Virginia.
