Public notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at 7:00 PM in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The board will consider the request and application of William R. Bowling III  for a Special Exception from the Green-brier County Zoning Ordinance.  The appellant request permission to place a portable storage building to be used for a commercial business/sign shop in an existing trailer park at 121 Fairlea Plaza Drive, Seneca Trail, Ronceverte (across from Subway). The subject property is zoned commercial, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 387 on Page 157 and shown on Tax Map 9R as Parcel 51.
