AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (CONSTANCE TAYLOR) located in Wetzel County, WV.
From New Martinsville, head 5.5 miles north on WV-2. Turn right onto Proctor Creek Rd. Travel 9.3 miles, make a sharp left to stay on Proctor Creek Rd. and
travel an additional 1.6 miles. Turn right onto Co Rd. 1/15 (Brock Ridge Rd) and travel 0.8 miles. Access will be on the left.

The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) 19.44 tons/yr
Carbon Monoxide (CO) 26.48 tons/yr

Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) 0.05 tons/yr
Particulate Matter (PM) 0.69 tons/yr
Benzene 0.07 tons/yr
Ethylbenzene 0.02 tons/yr
Formaldehyde 0.96 tons/yr
n-Hexane 1.04 tons/yr
Toluene 0.08 tons/yr
Xylenes 0.06 tons/yr
Methane 7.44 tons/yr
CO2 Equivalent 15,970 tons/yr
Operations are planned to begin on or about November 17, 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
