TO: Jesse Gorby, and/or
Any other individual claiming parental rights to the above referenced infant .
The object of the above styled civil action is for the Plaintiff, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources to protect the minor child O.M. in which it could obtain a judicial decree that you have abandoned your parental rights and that they be
permanently terminated.
And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the mother of the above referenced infant is Jenna McDiffitt, and the father of the above referenced infant is Jesse Gorby, it is
ORDERED that the Respondent Father appear at the proceedings scheduled for this matter to be held on the 28th day of October, 2020, at 9:00 A.M., in the
Courtroom at the Wetzel County Courthouse, Main Street, New Martinsville, West Virginia, to protect your own interest, and carry out your parental rights and
duties to the minor child, O.M., otherwise an Order will be entered permanently terminating your parental rights. A copy of said Petition may be obtained from the
undersigned Clerk at the Clerk’s Office, and in the event you are unable to afford legal counsel, counsel will be appointed for you upon your application. The Court has tentatively appointed Shane Mallett,
Esquire, of Wheeling, as your counsel.
