It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that MIRANDA JOY BROWN is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or address is unknown, it is hereby ordered that MIRANDA JOY BROWN serve upon RICKY LEE BROWN, Petitioner, whose address is 332 LOUISIANA AVENUE, CHESTER, WEST VIRGINIA 26034 and to the HANCOCK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT, whose address is PO BOX 428, NEW CUMBERLAND, WEST VIRGINIA 26047, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before 30 days after first publication hereof. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said paperwork can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office. It is further ordered that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia.
