NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR PARKING LEASE
Please take notice that the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on a lease of municipally- owned parking facilities comprising portions of Parking Facilities, generally known as the Market Street Surface Lot at 10th Street and the 10th Street Garage for the purpose of providing parking for Stone Center Lofts, GP, LLC. The information regarding the proposed lease agreement is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours. The public hearing will be held in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV beginning at 5:30 p.m. on August 18, 2015, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
