Take notice that the subject of the above referenced civil action is for the guardianship of R.C. and J.R., by Petitioner, Jennifer Throckmorton.
And it appearing to the undersigned Clerk, from the
verified Affidavit filed herein, that the current residence and whereabouts of Robert Garrison is unknown to the Affiant and Petitioner and cannot, with reasonable due diligence, be ascertained. It is ORDERED that a hearing is scheduled for the 28th day of October 2020 at 2:00 pm, to be held before the Honorable Family Court Judge, in his chambers at the Wetzel County
Courthouse, 200 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV. The Respondent shall serve upon the Circuit Clerk’s
Office, 200 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or
defense you may have to the Petition, otherwise, after proper hearing, the Petitioner’s shall seek guardianship of R.C. and J.R. and judgment for the relief prayed for in said Petition.
