Notice is given that Mountaineer Park, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Mining and Reclamation, for a Renewal of Quarry Article 4 Permit No. Q016673, Renewal Number: 19, located at Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack & Resort, Route 2 Chester, in Hancock County, West Virginia. The latitude coordinates are: 40*34’20”, and the longitude coordinates are – 80*39’14”.
The public comment period begins October 7, 2020 and ends November 6, 2020.
Written comments on the Article 4 Quarry Permit Renewal Application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP, Division of Mining and Reclamation, 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 until Nov. 6th, or 30 (30) days from the date of publication.
