NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Wheeling Park High School Gymnasium Bleacher Replacement

Sealed bids for the Wheeling Park High School Gymnasium Bleacher Replacement will be received by the Ohio County Board of Education, 2203 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003, no later than Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids should be mailed to that address to the attention of Mr. Brian Harto, Maintenance Director. Please mark the front of the envelope as “BID – BLEACHER REPLACEMENT.”

MANDATORY Pre-Bid:
Tuesday, August 25, 2015, 11:00 a.m.

Bid packages will be distributed at the pre-bid meeting.

After the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days. All bidders are required to furnish a satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of 5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of the bid price.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory 100{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} Performance Bond and a satisfactory 100{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of the contract price.

The Ohio County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, award the contract to other than the low bidder, accept any or all alternates, waive irregularities and/or formalities, and in general to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of Ohio County Schools.
