Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District at the Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District Office, 65 District Way, Martinsburg, West Virginia on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 2:00 pm prevailing time, for ONE COMPLETE 2020 FORD F-550
UTILITY TRUCK 4WD SD CREW CAB DRW XL WITH 9′ BODY.
Specifications and bidding documents are available at the Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District’s office, 65 District Way, Martinsburg, West Virginia, 25402, or by
calling 304-263-8566 Ext. 213 and may be examined and/or obtained during regular business hours.
All complete bid submissions shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed as follows: “BERKELEY COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE SEWER DISTRICT, WEST VIRGINIA, SEALED BID SPECIFICATIONS FOR “ONE COMPLETE 2020 FORD F-550 UTILITY TRUCK 4WD SD CREW CAB DRW XL WITH 9′ BODY”. Said sealed envelopes shall bear the name and address of the bidder on the outside face of the
envelope. Please indicate on bid proposals any discounts that may be
associated with the
purchase of this truck.
Proposals shall not be withdrawn and shall remain in effect for a period of ninety (90) days, unless there has been an agreed extension as set forth in the above
paragraph.
The Berkeley County
Public Service Sewer
District shall award the contract or reject all bids within ninety (90) days, unless there has been an agreed extension as set forth in the above
paragraph.
The Berkeley County
Public Service Sewer
District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive any informalities as may be deemed to be held in the best interest of the Berkeley County Public Service Sewer
District.
