NOTICE: IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF HANCOCK COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA, STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, ex. rel. WEST VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF
HEALTH AND HUMAN RESOURCES, Petitioner, v. ASHLEY GRAHAM aka PERRINE, biological mother of: HKG, a minor child whose date of birth is August 30, 2020.
-AND- KEITH GRAHAM, JR., and JOHN DOE, putative father of HKG, Respondents, Case No. 20-JA-20. The object of the above-captioned action is custody of a child and possible termination of parental rights. Notice is hereby given that an Amended Petition for Relief was filed in this matter, naming KEITH GRAHAM, JR. and JOHN DOE as Respondents and putative fathers of HKG, born August 30, 2020. This matter is pending before the Honorable Ronald E. Wilson in the Hancock County Circuit Court of West Virginia. A hearing will occur in this matter at the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia, on October 30, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. The purpose of the hearing and this proceeding is to determine whether the parental rights of the Respondent, KEITH GRAHAM, JR. and JOHN DOE as Respondents and putative fathers of HKG, born August 30, 2020, should be terminated. Notice is hereby further given to the Respondents, KEITH GRAHAM, JR. and JOHN DOE, of his respective right to counsel at every stage of the proceeding and that such proceeding can result in the permanent termination of his parental rights. Notice is hereby further given to the Respondents, KEITH GRAHAM, JR. and JOHN DOE, that a copy of the Amended Petition in this matter can be obtained from the Hancock County Circuit Clerk at the Clerk’s office located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia.
