PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Planning and Zoning Commission at its meeting of Sept. 8th 2015, at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall. U-49-15-1: Request of The Catch on Fire Ministries Church, owner, by Paul Baker, Senior Pastor, a use permit as required by Section 1349.01, Subsection (E) to permit a Church, meeting frequently for worship, instruction, fellowship and outreach in accordance with Acts 2:42, located at 217 Main Street, Oak Hill. TAKE NOTICE, ALSO, that at the Sept. 14th, 2015, meeting of the Oak Hill City Council at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Council will act on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
