Northern Panhandle Head Start is extending an Invitation for Bid to any Food Service Management Co. for a unitized meal contract during program year 2015-2016. Contract starts 10-1-15 and runs through 9-30-16. All contracts are subject to four year renewal. Unitized Lunches are to be delivered to Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall and Wetzel counties for children ages 1-5. Contact Susanne Whipkey 304-233-3290 by 9-04-15 for Bid Package.
